Positions policy

The author runs trading bots on his own accounts. They never buy a stock named in an issue, or any insider purchase it covers, on the day it goes out or the two trading days after; the block is set in their code before the market opens, and any stock they already hold when it is named is disclosed right next to it. Filed Last Night takes no money from any company whose stock it covers.
